Your day to day 

  • Provide make-up services in the assigned guest rooms according to the established standards, procedures, and the IHG Way of Clean 5-S Cleaning Program.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of guest corridors and surrounding back areas.
  • Provide turndown services in the assigned guest rooms. Act with thoughtful kindness and seek for opportunities to curate decadent moments for your guests.
  • Replenish guest supplies, and linens in guest rooms as per standard.
  • Report room defects, technical issues, and maintenance needs to Housekeeping Coordinator.
  • Report heavily damaged and lost properties in guest room to Housekeeping Manager.
  • In case of obtaining any Lost & Found items, submit them to your team leader and report to Housekeeping Coordinator immediately.
