  • Lead by example and Leverage your Culinary Skills and those of your team in a healthy work environment to provide our Guests with uniquely Regent moments
  • As a Market Leader in your Field, you will immerse our Guests in rich food experiences leaving lasting Impressions by bringing Regents Taste Gallery Philosophy to life on a plate
  • Work closely with the respective restaurant manager and executive sous chef to plan menus, prices and promotional events for the Restaurants in order to maximize revenue-generating opportunities in line with market demands
  • Daily interaction with Guests to provide a high level of bespoke Personalized Service for All Ocean Club Diners which reflect the Guests needs and Sense of Occasion
  • Maintain your departments Consistency through the continuous improvement of Quality of raw and processed ingredients as well as All Relevant Costs and Expenses
  • To run a Cost effective operation, maximizing product quality and profitability while maintaining Regent standards and Food Philosophy
  • Create individual seasonal identities for the food in the Ocean Club and ensure that these offerings are pertinent to our Regent Guests needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction in accordance to the Regent Distinction Service Behaviours, the Strategic Brand Pillars and the respective service standards of Regent Brand
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
