Your Day to Day
The Membership Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the Recreation Department by managing and expanding our membership base. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with current members, and attracting new members to our exclusive recreational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury service, strong sales acumen, and the ability to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Membership Sales Coordinator will also:
- Conduct tours of the recreational facilities, highlighting the benefits and unique features to prospective members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current members, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the Recreation team to plan and execute promotional events and special offers to boost membership engagement
- Monitor membership sales performance and prepare reports on sales activities, membership growth, and market trends
- Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring their experiences align with the hotel’s high standards of luxury and excellence
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our membership programs
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality or recreational sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A professional conduct, with a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
