Under direct and general supervision, develop, implement, and manage all aspects of concept development and performance, including the development, implementation, launch, and ongoing support for new and existing Restaurants, Bars, and Events (“RB&E”) within the Luxury and Lifestyle portfolio. This role involves full responsibility and “ownership” of the success and property relationships, including both quantitative and qualitative assessments of our restaurant and bar concepts' performance. Provide on-site food and beverage product and service assessments to maximize hotel RB&E profitability. Collaborate with the PLT, brand, property team leadership, Head of RB&E, as well as the broader RB&E Team, to implement new or refreshed concepts and/or new RB&E programs in LLA hotels

Your day to day 

  • The evaluation of existing RB&E concepts in terms of service quality, guest experience execution, brand fit, concept execution, profitability, and competitor advantage/disadvantage.
  • Development of market research reports, concept presentation decks, and concept dashboards for new and refreshed concepts. 
  • Represent the RB&E team at concept implementation meetings including construction, plan review, brand RFP, Operations, Critical Path (CPC), new chef tastings (when primary representation is unavailable), and other relevant meetings.
  • Provide onsite training, concept delivery guidance, and quality assurance for new openings and re-openings
  • Ensure that recommended refinements and improvements uphold concept integrity, align with the brand's RB&E philosophy, enhance guest experience , and maintain profitability.

What we need from you

  • BS/BA in Hotel Administration or relevant discipline preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have or obtain CFBE from ALA (AM Lodging Association) or a Restaurant Executive Certification from the National Restaurant Association within one year of obtaining position. Required Food Safety Certification.
  • 5 to 10 years restaurant management or hotel food and beverage operations or brand experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. 
  • Understanding of Luxury and Lifestyle Brand standards and programs and experience in overseeing a major L&L Restaurant, Bar and Event operation.
  • Understanding of key principles and applications of Hospitality and the fostering of these in creating a Hospitality-based service culture.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the training of the opening of multiple Restaurant and/or Bar venues.

Travel – 25-35%

Location – If remote:  **Candidate must reside in the United States**  If Atlanta based, our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $110,000.00.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
