Role Purpose

To provide support across a range of operational activities by working closely with the Operations team based out of the Singapore Support centre as well as liaising with the Multi Unit Leaders and the Central Performance Delivery team across Southeast Asia & Korea (SEAK) estate to assist the Operations team achieve its business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Project management focused: 

  • Top 30 review of menus outlet by outlet comparison against competitors etc and formulation of recommendation 
  • Menu engineering programme roll out as developed with EHL last year. 
  • Contactless dining implementation follow-up and project follow-up i.e. compiling any exception request, actively seeking feedback to finetune programme support e.g. photography guidelines etc. 
  • IHG Dining privileges lessons learnt and continuous learning loop to finetune SOPs till we get optimal performance from dining rewards 
  • R&B Sandbox meeting programming support, follow -ups and communications 
  • Starbucks project management, comms with team, arranging meetings between supplier and hotels 
  • Campari negroni week, set up comms with hotels, communication with hotel teams to understand any implementation challenges etc. 
  • Performance calls currently at 5 hotels, will be increasing number of hotels under plan hence need for project management control to see follow up etc. 

Key Skills & Experiences

Education: Undergraduate or graduate student who is obtaining or has obtained a degree from a credited school. 

Experience: Prior internship experience within another Hotel Management Company 

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills 
  • Conscientious with an eye for details
  • Proactive and works with a sense of purpose and urgency
  • Ability to work on projects independently
  • Confidence in generating new ideas or ways to approach work assigned
  • Good project management skills, detail oriented and communicates progress
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a Team Player
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications 
  • Preferable: Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
