Your day to day

·       Perform daily inspections of guest rooms to ensure proper functioning of all equipment, lighting, plumbing, and furniture.

·       Carry out repairs and maintenance work for any room-related issues, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general room upkeep.

·        Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently to minimize guest disruption.

·       Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained in excellent condition before guest check-in.

·       Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies needed for room repairs.

·       Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when performing repairs and maintenance tasks.

·       Report any major malfunctions or problems to the Engineering Department or Maintenance Manager for further action.

·        Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to address any room-related issues that affect guest satisfaction.

·       Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the work environment.

What we need from you

·       Previous experience in hotel maintenance or room technician roles preferred.

·        Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance procedures.

·        Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented attitude.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
