Your day to day
l Implement the instructions given by the general manager of the hotel, organize the implementation
of engineering maintenance projects, supervise and inspect the staff of each shift group to do engineering maintenance according to the post standards and operating rules.
贯彻酒店总经理下达的各项指令,组织落实工程维修项目,督导检查各班组员工按岗位规范和操作 规程做好工程维修保养。
l Check the operation status and technical status of key equipment in key parts, and take immediate
measures to troubleshoot potential accidents to ensure the normal operation of the hotel.
检查重点部位的重点设备运行状况,技术状况,发现事故隐患立即采取措施,排除故障,保证酒店 正常营业需要。
l Patrol and inspect the staff of each shift and group to observe the discipline, complete the work
tasks, put forward improvement measures in time when finding problems, complete the registration,number,allocation and record of maintenance forms, master the progress of daily maintenance work, ensure the maintenance needs of all departments of the hotel.
巡视检查各班组员工遵守纪律,完成工作任务的情况,发现问题及时提出改进措施,完成维修单的 登记,编号、分配和维修完成后的记录工作,掌握每天维修工作进度,保证酒店各部门的维修需要。
l Supervise the inspection team and staff to make equipment operation records, collect and compile
technical data and files, and provide basis for ensuring the operation of equipment management.
督导检查班组及员工作好设备运行记录,收集编制技术资料,技术档案,为保证设备管理的运行提
供依据。
l Make the major, medium and minor repair and maintenance plans of equipment, prepare the
corresponding spare parts regularly, and organize the implementation of the spare parts plan after
the approval of the engineering manager.
制订设备的大、中、小修及保养计划,并定期编制与之配套的备品,备件计划报工程部经理审定后,
组织贯彻实施。
l Timely grasp the new trends of scientific and technological development, timely put forward the
application methods and plans of new technologies, new processes and new materials, and report
to the engineering manager for approval, and implement them.
及时掌握科技发展新动态,及时提出推广新技术、新工艺,新材料的运用方法,方案,报工程部经
理审批后,贯彻实施。
l Formulate feasible saving measures and provide implementation methods.
制定切实可行的节约措施,提供实施办法。
l Give technical guidance and assessment to the staff regularly.
定期对所管理员工,进行技术指导和考核。
l Manage and use all kinds of spare parts and tools well, make the accounts match, and put forward spare parts procurement requirements.
管好用好各种备品备件和工具,使帐物相符,提出备品备件采购要求。
l Responsible for checking the use and storage of various spare parts and tools of the team in charge.
负责检查主管班组的各种备件和工具使用、保管情况。
l Responsible for assigning the work of the team members, evaluating the staff and proposing
suggestions on rewards and punishments to the supervisor.
负责分配班组员工的各项工作,对员工进行考评并向主管提出员工奖惩意见。
l Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
What we need from you
l A High School diploma / qualification - college and university degree would be great but it’s not
essential
高中文凭/资格证书或大学学位,但不是必须的
l At least 4 years experience as a relevant engineering professional in an upscale hotel/equivalent
environment
至少四年在高档酒店/同等环境中担任工程部相关专业人员的经验
l Fluent English and local language is essential, any additional other languages would be great
至少一年的管理经验或同等学历和经验
