- Guest Service - Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable from the moment they arrive until they leave
- Menu Knowledge - Stay informed about our menu items, daily specials, and beverage options, confidently answering guest inquiries and making recommendations
- Presentation - Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and in accordance with our presentation standards
- Cleanliness - Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including dining areas, service stations, and tables
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience
- Upselling - Utilise suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase sales
- Compliance - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
What we need from you
- A passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Valid New Zealand working rights
