The Role:
As Finance Assistant, you will support the Finance and Business Support Manager to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes. Your responsibilities include:

• Daily revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, and data entry.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable, including verifying invoices and liaising with vendors.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Assisting with inventory management and processing weekly pay runs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–12 months of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Hotel Management (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
