You’ll shape the regional strategy, lead cross-functional collaborations with key stakeholders (internal teams, business leaders, hotel owners, and suppliers), and oversee the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge products and platforms. Your day to day
- Serve as the product leader in the region(s), tasked with driving successful outcomes with a regionally appropriate approach for key Guest Infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to IHG Connect, IHG Edge, IHG Studio, etc.
- Support the development and execution of new stay experience & related products for the assigned region(s) to streamline the various touchpoints to optimize the guest experience on property.
- Establish, execute, and measure program objectives for your products using performance indicators, which drive guest and hotel owner satisfaction.
- Help close key competitive gaps and positively advantage IHG in both guest experience and owner perception.
- Support the development and implementation of multiple digital stay experience related programs and services supporting regional brand initiatives and global multi-brand programs.
- Plan and deliver the engagement with regional hotels, owners, and key internal stakeholders, including Product & Technology, Channels, Marketing/Brands, and Operations, as well as owners and Owners Associations, to deploy solutions at a meaningful velocity, to scale, with a cost/benefit model appropriate to the current business environment.
- Conduct and leverage consumer and industry-based research to determine optimal product configuration and services for the region(s). Benchmark best-in-class experiences across multiple industries and sectors to prioritize the guest experience and facilitate implementation and support.
- Provide leadership of best practices, processes, & operations. Collaborate across regions, business units and markets, developing and delivering strategies, obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders, and presenting to high-profile groups including RLT and BULT members and hotel owners on a regular basis.
- Support all internal and external marketing and communications efforts.

- Expertise in project management, implementation strategies, and large-scale digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of digital system development, UX/UI, hotel operations, and technology ecosystems.
- Experience with Web, Mobile, CRO, PMS, Voice Development, and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, RUP, Waterfall).
- Ability to translate business needs into system functionality and drive customer-centric design thinking.
- Proven success in leading teams, developing talent, and delivering high-impact projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels, from senior leaders to vendors.
