Job Title: Commercial Director – IHG Jordan
Location: IHG Hotels, Jordan
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Director to join IHG Jordan. This senior leadership role will oversee the Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams across our IHG properties in Jordan, ensuring that our commercial strategies and practices align with IHG’s global standards and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute commercial strategies across Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Reservations to maximize profitability and market share.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and delivering results across all commercial functions.
• Conduct sales calls with the team to build client relationships, understand market needs, and drive business development.
• Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities to enhance brand presence and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to align commercial objectives with overall business goals.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior commercial role in hotels industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, revenue management, and reservations.
• Experience in conducting impactful sales calls and leading a team to engage clients effectively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
