Busperson

As a Busperson, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the dining area. You will assist servers in providing excellent customer service by clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and dining areas promptly.
• Clean and reset tables for new guests, ensuring proper placement of utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers in delivering food and drinks to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, restrooms, and service stations.
• Assist in stocking supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
• Help with any additional tasks as needed, such as refilling drinks or providing menus.

What we need from you

• Passion for delivering great service
• Previous experience working in a restaurant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team 
• Food Handler Card

CA Salary transparency

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.85/hr. This is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Diego, CA. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
