Duties and Responsibilities
As Bell Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Pick-up guest luggage and request items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested and escort guests accordingly throughout the resort.
- Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the resort buggies and ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with departments for transfer related issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if needed.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Bell Attendant, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role.
- Technical skills include basic mechanical knowledge buggy repair and parts. I possess a valid driving license with good standing driving record. I have the confidence and experience in handling buggy.
- Fluent in English
