Quality Assurance:

  • Enforce the highest standards of food and service quality to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Guest Engagement:

  • Foster relationships with guests, taking the initiative to address concerns and ensure their needs are met promptly.
  • Encourage upselling and suggestive selling techniques among the staff to enhance the guest experience and revenue.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in budget preparation and control expenses while maximizing restaurant revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Maintain open and effective communication with the Restaurant Manager, other department heads, and team members.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to restaurant performance and guest feedback.
