Responsibilities:
- Acting as a liaison between management and staff, balancing operational goals with team objectives.
- Assisting in budget control and cost management to optimize profitability.
- Overseeing service operations, supervising staff, and ensuring prompt, efficient guest service.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of all menus, promotions, and daily F&B activities, while actively upselling and recommending items.
- Addressing guest inquiries with a refined social presence, resolving service challenges, and escalating unresolved issues to management.
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene, service mise-en-place, and accurate billing at points of sale.
- Contributing innovative ideas for service improvement and reporting maintenance concerns proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education, with completion of specialized hospitality training preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of restaurant and bar operations in the luxury brands.
- Strong command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, multitasking ability, and a guest-centric approach.
