What is the job?

We never get a second chance to make a first impression.  

As a Concierge, you will be based in the 20th floor of the hotel and play a vital part in the smooth operation of the hotel by anticipating guests’ needs, providing assistance and effortlessly multi-tasking in various areas. 

コンシェルジュのポジションは、20階のコンシェルジュデスクで、滞在中のゲストのニーズを先読み、サポートを提供し、さまざまなエリアで楽にマルチタスクをこなすことで、ホテルの円滑な運営に重要な役割を果たします。

Your day to day

Responsibilities include handling the guests' inquiries and requests

Provide assistance to guests about transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations and sightseeing information

Caring of VIP

Assist with the delivery of luggage.

What we need from you 

【Experience】Candidates with experience in hotel concierge services or equivalent roles
                         Previous employment in city hotels is advantageous.
【Hotel System】Opera system 

【Language Skills】Candidates who can communicate in Japanese and English ( Chinese are preferred) 
【Desired Qualities】

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
Bright, well-groomed, and positive individuals are sought after.
Valuing teamwork, cooperation, and a cooperative attitude within the team.
