Every plate has the potential to create a memory that lasts a lifetime for our guests. To deliver all this and more, we’re looking for a Breakfast Attendant with a passion for presentation, dedication to flavor and commitment to setting high standards from workspace to table and beyond.
Your Day-to-Day:
● Prepare and set up breakfast and social event areas, ensuring all food items are presented attractively and efficiently
● Serve food and beverages with professionalism, maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service
● Execute food preparation, including basic cooking, garnishing, and replenishing buffet stations as needed
● Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper handling, and sanitation procedures at all times
● Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing their needs promptly and courteously
● Support catering and banquet functions
● Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations throughout shifts to uphold hygiene standards
● Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties where needed
● Taking on other ad-hoc duties like a true team player 

 
What We Need from You:
● The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling 
● A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math 
● The flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts 
● Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol – you’ll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language 
● Capability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked buffet and kitchen
● Great communication – you’ll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
