Analyst, Treasury


Treasury Analyst will function as a Banking Support Specialist, managing over 400 bank accounts and collaborating with more than 60 banks nationwide. This position involves working closely with business partners at IHG’s Company Managed Hotels and Corporate locations in the Americas. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional support to customers and stakeholders, accurately managing legal banking documents, and fostering strong relationships with partners and banks.
Your day to day
- Bank Account Management- 410 bank accounts with 64 banks with different processes
- Familiarity with banking. Ability to read and understand legal verbiage in banking documents
- Ability to learn complex structures i.e. IHG multi entity. Self-learner, curious, utilization of notes, connecting the dots
- Solution oriented: Ability analyze & resolve complex situations by following the guidelines & instructions, not cutting corners and taking short cuts, willingness to research
- Manage the process & coordinate for resolutions and implementation
- Business & Client Support- Customer Support to over 200 company managed properties working closely with 6 Authorized Signers who are Executives as well as various banks
- Familiarity with hotel operations and understanding the customer, being sensitive to hotel needs
- Ability to articulate to Ownership, executives, banks and other IHG departments
- Strong Time management skills with effective prioritization
- Leading her/his work without multiple reminders, staying in control
- Solution oriented, ability to analyze and resolve complex situation
- Record maintenance- Timely maintenance of accurate records

Location – Atlanta, GA; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $62,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
