Job Responsibilities 主要职责:
Ensure that guest needs, inquiries are properly handled and accommodated.
确保客人的需求、询问得到正确的解决。
In response to guest queries, gives out information regarding hotel services and facilities, the “extras” offered, factual information regarding events, people, accessible places of interest, historical and cultural points of interests, cultural and entertainment performances.
回应客人的询问,根据酒店服务和设施给予相关信息,要做到超前服务,例如像事件,人物,附近的名胜古迹,文化,娱乐表演中心等等。
Recommend and ensure key service standards for the hotel Front Desk department.
确保酒店前台的主要服务标准。
Ensure prompt, courteous and accurate service to all guests, so as to maximize customer satisfaction.
能够及时礼貌并正确的服务所有的客人,最大限度的满足客人。
Job Specification 职位要求:
At least 2-3 years work experience in FO operation in a deluxe international hotel in supervisory position.
具备两到三年国际品牌精品酒店管理级工作经验。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
