Role Summary: 

Design and deliver digital guest products aligned with overall brand, loyalty, marketing & product strategies. This role coordinates among business stakeholders, technical development partners, designers, analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive roadmap that identifies key “moments of truth” along the post-booking journey to enable compelling hotel stay experiences. This role delivers a cohesive product experience consistent with IHG goals, spanning from strategy design and ideation to development, deployment and successful hotel sustainment.

Your Day to Day: 

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of a global product strategy to enhance guest experiences, identifying opportunities for innovation based on emerging market trends, competitive landscape, and guest expectations. Create and manage a roadmap for initiatives, including enhancements and new product launches.
  • Guest Experience & Design: Design optimal guest experiences through journey mapping, conceptual designs, and prototypes, collaborating with UI/UX partners and other cross-functional teams. Champion the guest & owner experience to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations. 
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Teams, Hotel Operations, and Product & Technology to align the product roadmap with business goals. Serve as the main contact for large-scale and global digital programs, effectively communicating updates and strategies to senior leadership and operators and ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Measurement: Develop test plans and utilize data insights to guide product decisions and prioritize initiatives. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product value and success, sharing results through dashboards and reviews.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product backlog to prioritize high-value work, monitor post-launch performance, and create optimization plans based on feedback and data. Proactively address potential obsolescence to maintain product relevance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and  implement the product roadmap on time and within budget. Advocate for digital products, ensuring alignment across the business and promoting the adoption of guest experience initiatives. Collaborate with external vendors as needed to achieve strategic goals.

What We Need From You: 

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, managing complex projects across both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering customer-facing digital solutions, including knowledge of iterative delivery models and customer-centric design thinking principles
  • Expertise in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from concept to implementation.
  • Attention to detail to address and manage updates for optimizations or issues with technical partners on behalf of the business or guest experience. 
  • Strong knowledge of consumer engagement, digital experience design, and using customer feedback.
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations and familiarity with guest-facing and hotel colleague-facing systems. Strong familiarity with user-facing mobile apps or interfaces highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing and presenting information to stakeholders, including vendors, operators, and senior leadership.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

The salary range for this role is $100,00 - $145,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
