We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Product Manager for our guest products. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of our guest product. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our digital product including but not limited to mobile APP, mini program, and web, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially local and global marketing, loyalty, commercial, security, and product teams, just to name a few. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work as a critical product role that is revolutionizing guest journey and reforming our guest product within our digital landscape.

Your day to day

  • Define and prioritize the digital product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer needs and product vision.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, QAs, and other product owners to transform concepts and ideas from business requirements into actionable product features and user stories.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the digital product landscape.
  • Drive and execute the product development lifecycle, including gathering and socializing requirement, refining product requirement, defining acceptance criteria, managing product delivery, supervising tests as well as product launch and operation.
  • Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve the product's performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and operation teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain competitive digital product in the market.

What we need from you

  • Professional Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills. Japanese is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner, or similar role within the digital world. Experience working in an agile development environment. Understanding SAFe is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of China and global digital landscape and guest behavior. Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into user-friendly features and interfaces.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in technology or business, Computer Science/Economics/Psychology is a plus.
