We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Staybridge Suites Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our Hotel and loyalty brand. Your efforts will focus on increasing direct bookings, market share, and brand preference.

Your day-to-day:

  • Implement effective marketing strategies across rooms and F&B to increase hotel visibility and revenue.
  • Optimizing content on hotel channels including but not limited to the hotel website, HCM, OTAs and social media, ensuring distribution health and a user-friendly experience that drives bookings.
  • Execute social media and monitor marketing trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to enhance strategies.
  • Execute external and in-house communications in line with IHG Guidelines.
  • Assist in developing hotel based collateral and resources for commercial and operational departments.

What we need from you:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Articulate communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building warm and welcoming relationships.
  • Creative and innovative, with awareness of technology trends in the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Photoshop is a plus, along with project management skills.
