• Supervise daily HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Assist in employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation.
• Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
• Ensure payroll and benefits processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and performance management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
