The Global People Technology Project Manager is playing a crucial role in driving the adoption of innovative Human Capital Management (HCM) solution with global reach. Lead the people technology projects from complex implementations to enhancement projects, including project planning, delivery, training, change management, stakeholder management, and release management of global people technology, with focus on HCM and workforce management solutions. The Project Manager is responsible for leading various project teams and utilizing project management discipline to implement major initiatives, which involves balancing competing demands among scope, time, cost, and quality, stakeholders with differing needs and expectations and working concurrently with multiple departments as project plans are developed and executed.

Your day to day

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement People Technology Projects, ensuring delivery aligns with global priorities and meets cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes.
  • Support solution design and system configurations, leveraging expertise in HR best practices and people technology processes.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including configurations, data migration, testing, and cutover plans, while maintaining project documentation and timelines.
  • Oversee project resources, manage communications with stakeholders, and implement effective change management strategies to ensure successful project execution and user adoption.

What we need from you

  • 5+ work-related experience in HR technology & SAAS systems, preferred Oracle HCM 
  • 5+ years of HR technology project management experience responsible for managing large scale, cross-divisional, cross-functional projects with numerous stakeholders, including application implementations
  • Experience in the design and delivery of process improvements for people technology
  • HR operations, global multi-divisional, multi-cultural organization
  • UKG system technology implementation experience 
  • UKG and HCM full project delivery expertise

Location - US Remote

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $135,000.  This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medial/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
