岗位职责
1.完成餐厅的各项工作，确保餐厅良好的运作
2.与客人进行积极互动，收集客人建议，并上报管理层
3.按照部门工作计划，参与部门员工进行岗位技能培训，提升餐厅服务质量
4.能灵活处理客人投诉等问题，提升客人满意度，同时善于发现问题，为餐厅管理提出建设性建议

1.服务意识强，有良好的管理技巧、沟通技巧
2.良好的团队合作精神，具备较强的组织协调能力
3.掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有西餐服务技能
