Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive B2B marketing initiatives on both global and regional scales, encompassing both brand-specific and multi-branded programs. Act as the main liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure the successful implementation of these initiatives. Leverage all available paid, earned, and owned channels, along with various communication vehicles, to optimize performance and provide tactical recommendations to achieve objectives. Manage the production and distribution of promotional and program materials effectively.
Your day to day
- Assist in the development and implementation of B2B integrated programs and campaigns, ensuring effective/efficient use of all available channels across paid, earned, and owned, including but not limited to organic and paid social media, PR, and websites.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams and agencies to develop specifications for each initiative, including but not limited to selection of target audience, creative approach, offer/ incentive, delivery specs, and timelines; present materials/recommendations to the Senior Manager for approval; implement approved initiatives.
- Ensure each campaign/initiative has proper controls in place for accurate measurement and analysis; present results and recommendations for the next iteration to Senior Manager for approval.
- Manage day-to-day relationship with internal cross-functional teams, advertising agency(s) and in evaluating quality of production of all assets and/or materials, which includes providing direction and artwork to vendor as appropriate and manage project timelines materials through internal processes
What we need from you
- Demonstrated experience in paid, earned, and owned channel marketing preferred.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- General knowledge of hotel systems and operations beneficial.
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226 to $ $72,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
