Play the role as brand guardian and attraction lead that drives the strategic direction of IHG’s employer brand aligned with the activation of IHG’s EVP in Greater China. Ensuring IHG’s reputation is showcased as a true employer of choice through different content and channels.
Your day to day
- You will be responsible for the project management, and execution of IHG’s employer brand and attraction plus design, scope, and execute content and campaigns from start to finish for multi-channels and platforms.
- You will be a “brand guardian” - managing and maintaining brand integrity across the organization and managing strategic programs to our external talent audience aligned with our recruitment needs.
- Develop the long-term roadmap to build awareness and reputation of IHG as an employer in GC
- Develop a strong content creation program - Wechat/Videos/Events/New imagery which match our hiring needs, markets, and Hotels brands showcased in the best possible way with strong performance and high engagement.
- Provide thought leadership – externally and internally around IHG’s brand reputation and how our EVP proposition is showcased in the best possible light for all.
- Build internal capability across employer brand, brand marketing, and brand advocacy and associated best practice guides, tools, and channels
- Evolve our philosophy for measuring the impact of Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Extensive experience in digital marketing roles, partnering operational stakeholder groups
- knowledge and experience of marketing attraction methodologies and the ability to convert these into tangible and scalable plans for regional and audience needs
- High level of business acumen, change management, and issue resolution
- Deep experience around content creation, programmatic campaign management and employer brand channels, platforms and tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and senior level influencing skills, with the ability to bring a story to life
- Sound understanding of Early careers frameworks and which levers to pull to strengthen talent pipeline
- Strong project management skills
- Strong experience in managing indirect or dotted line reports/area leads
