Supports the Director of Revenue Management in implementing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the daily operations of revenue and reservations teams

- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for room revenue.
- Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and economic data to inform pricing decisions
- Monitor allotments
- Adjust strategies based on forecast performance and market trends
- Manage room inventory to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue
- Monitor the reservations team to ensure inventory is accurately reflected in all distribution channels.

- Maintain rate parity across multiple platforms
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align strategies and goals
- Complete end of month sales report and prepare weekly sales strategy reports
- Support the reservations team to ensure all Groups are contracted
- Monitor and evaluate economic, political, and social issues/changes
- Supports the Director of Revenue Management by conducting RevGen meetings and weekly yield meetings to review performance and discuss strategies
- Participate in preparation of strategic plans for region
- Works with Director of Revenue Management on manpower planning and management needs
- Works with Director of Revenue Management in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
- Foster a collaborative environment between revenue management, reservations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Communicate strategies, performance metrics, and adjustments clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills / Experience
- Essential of skill and knowledge of Opera (PMS).
- 5 years related experience or 2 years reservations/front office experience as manager or assistant manager role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To lead the staffing control/employee satisfaction/the team development/cooperation with the other department/overseeing the technical issues.
- To support and assist any other additional tasks requested by the Director of Revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
