In this key role, you’ll take the helm of our revenue strategies while ensuring every guest’s journey begins flawlessly—with their reservation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies;
  • Analyze data to guide pricing, inventory, and forecasting decisions;
  • Support commercial planning and performance with clear, actionable insights;
  • Optimize the hotel’s presence across all distribution channels;
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and the wider IHG Revenue team;
  • Leading and managing the reservations team consisting of 3 reservations agents; 
  • Use IHG tools and systems to deliver results and ensure brand compliance;

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in revenue management, with experience in hotel operations or reservations;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions;
  • Skilled in Opera, Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI and GRS a plus);
  • Proven communicator who can influence across teams and senior stakeholders;
  • Hands-on knowledge of hotel systems, market intelligence tools (STR, Amadeus, etc.);
  • Organized, proactive, and commercially minded;

Who You’ll Work With:

  • Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing;
  • Collaborates with IHG’s Regional Revenue Team and internal hotel departments;
  • Interfaces with clients, travel agents, OTAs, and data partners;
