Housekeeping Manager / Haushaltshilfe

In the role of Housekeeping Manager, you will support the Housekeeping Director in ensuring that the housekeeping and laundry operations meet quality standards.

【Task】

• Ensure exceptional quality in housekeeping and laundry services, making each guest's stay memorable.
• Lead deep cleaning and preventive maintenance programs, maintaining brand standards.
• Analyze guest feedback to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.
• Handle special requests from guests, including VIPs and club members.
• Assist guests with inquiries and issues, aiming for complete satisfaction.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and sustainability initiatives.
• Reunite lost items with their owners and maintain lost and found records.
• Perform additional assigned duties as required.

【Experience】

• Experience in hotel housekeeping services or equivalent roles.
• Candidates with prior experience in city hotels are preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera software or relevant systems is a plus.

• ハウスキーピングおよびランドリーサービスの品質を常に確保し、各ゲストの滞在を特別かつ忘れられないものにする。
• ホテルの徹底的な清掃と予防保守プログラムを指導し、ブランド基準を維持する。
• ゲストからのフィードバックを分析し、ゲストの体験と満足度を向上させるための方法を考える。
• VIPやクラブメンバーを含むゲストからの特別なリクエストを処理する。
• ゲストの質問や問題に対応し、完全なゲスト満足を目指す。
• 用品、設備、持続可能性イニシアティブを管理する。
• 失われたアイテムを所有者と再結びつけ、忘れ物の記録を保持する。
• 他の割り当てられた任務を実行する。

【経験】

• ホテルにおけるハウスキーピングサービスや同等の業務経験
• これまでにシティホテルにおいて勤務経験を有する方を優遇
• オペラに関する知識やシステムの使用経験があれば優遇
