Responsibilities
- Conduct villa inspections, set up amenities, and perform check-ins/check-outs.
- Personalize guest experiences and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and coordinate with departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records in Opera system.
- Stay updated on resort services and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal procedures, and villa assignments.
- Maximize occupancy and upsell services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
- At least one year in a similar role at a high-end resort.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and POS systems.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.
