NTD Hotels is hiring a Cluster Director of Marketing

We are looking for an exceptional and commercially driven marketing leader to shape and lead the marketing strategy across NTD Hotels’ prestigious portfolio of IHG-branded hotels in Jordan, representing some of the world’s most recognized hospitality brands, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn.

As Cluster Director of Marketing, you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of city, resort and destination hotels. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing, brand, digital, communications and public relations strategies—strengthening brand positioning, driving demand and delivering measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the cluster marketing strategy in alignment with NTD Hotels’ business priorities and IHG brand direction
• Drive integrated campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, demand and revenue across all hotels
• Strengthen the market positioning of each hotel while protecting the identity and standards of its respective IHG brand
• Lead digital marketing, social media, content strategy, public relations and marketing communications
• Partner closely with hotel leadership, commercial teams, IHG regional teams, agencies and other key stakeholders
• Identify market opportunities and use performance insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment
• Guide and develop hotel marketing teams while ensuring consistent execution and high-quality brand representation

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Significant marketing leadership experience within the luxury and upscale hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of international hotel brands and multi-property marketing
• A proven record of building brands, driving demand and delivering measurable commercial impact
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, content, social media, public relations and integrated campaigns
• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking and stakeholder-management capabilities
• Inspiring leadership and the ability to influence across multiple hotels and functions
• Excellent command of Arabic and English
