Duties and Responsibilities

岗位职责：

This position is concerned with supervising and monitors the work of the room attendants assigned to his / her floors.

负责白天客房服务员的楼层工作安排及检查监督客房卫生。
To train and assist room attendants, to advise the superiors if performance is not
satisfactory.
帮助培训客房服务员，如果服务员表现不令人满意则可以知会行政管家。
To receive room attendant assignment from Asst Exec Housekeeper.
从行政副管家处领取楼层服务员的任务安排情况。
To attend daily briefing and receive special instructions.
参加客房部的晨会并且得到领导的特殊指示。
To issue keys and supplies to room attendants.
将楼层钥匙和客房必需品分配给服务员。
To fill out housekeeper room reports.
填写房间状况报表。
To inspect check-outs before reporting them to Front Office ready for sale.
在将房间放给前台待卖之前检查房间是否已干净。
To receive special requests from guests and carry them out.
知道客人的具体特殊要求之后并帮助其满足。
To inspect areas cleaned, using check list to see that cleaning is adequate, supplies in rooms are standard and rooms need for immediate repairing are reported.
根据检查表检查区域是否达到清洁标准，客房用品是否按标准补入充足，以及房间是否需要急修等，并全部记录下来。
To make trouble report for room or item in need of repair and follows up to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
准备需要维修的客房或房间用品的清单，并确保所有工作圆满完成。
Precious L&F from work every day to verify the Order taker.
贵重遗留物每天下班要在文员处核实。
To supervise cleaning of guestrooms, corridors and stairs.
监督检查客房、走道和楼梯的清洁卫生。
To supervise special cleaning of rooms.
检查需要特别清洁的房间。
To check and order supplies for designated floors.
为指定楼层检查、采购必需品。
To report suspicious persons or actions DO NOT DISTURB rooms, sleep outs, etc.
记录汇报有可疑行为的客人和举止，妥善处理“请勿打扰”的房间和外宿房等。
To prepare daily mini-bar consumption report and to supervise for replacing mini-bar stock.
制定每日酒水消耗单并且检查确定客房酒水是否已补足。
To assist with inventory.
协助盘点。

 

【任职要求】

At least one to two years of experience as Floor Supervisor in smaller hotel establishment.
至少一到两年在其它酒店楼层主管经验。
