Job Summary – (Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述)
1.Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
负责所有与前台相关的活动,如接待、办理入住和退房手续、给客人安排客房、外汇业务以及协助  处理客人的问询等。
Required Skills 技能要求
1. Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
2. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System is preferred.
熟练使用微软办公软件,会操作前台系统者优先。
3. Problem solving, motivating, organizational abilities.
具有解决问题,推理,号召,组织能力。
Qualifications学历
1. Diploma  in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相关的大专学历。
Experience
经验
1. More than 0.5 years experience in FD is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
拥有半年以上酒店前台工作经验者优先考虑,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
