Your day to day

·    Salon Management:

-          Oversee the setup and management of the hotel's salon facilities, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.

-          Develop and implement salon policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

-          Maintain an organized and well-equipped salon space.

·    Team Leadership:

-          Lead and inspire a team of hairstylists, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.

-          Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the salon team.

-          Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and professionalism.

·    Client Services:

-          Provide a wide range of hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.

-          Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles.

-          Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.

·    Guest Relations:

-          Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests by delivering personalized and memorable experiences.

-          Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

·    Product Knowledge and Sales:

-          Stay informed about the latest hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients.

-          Actively promote and sell salon products to enhance revenue.

·    Health and Safety:

-          Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the salon.

-          Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment

What we need from you

Presentable personality for hospitality

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

- Keen attention to detail in hair styling, coloring, and treatment.

- Creative and artistic flair for creating unique and trendy hairstyles.

- Ability to customize styles to suit each client's individual preferences and needs.

- Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a focus on salon management.
