Your day to day

• Operational execution and overall responsibility for events
• Leadership and management of the banquet team
• Individual and professional guest support before, during, and after events
• Coordination and collaboration with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations

What we need from you

• Experience in banquet organization and team leadership
• Professional training in gastronomy/hospitality
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility
• Reliable and independent working style
