Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre is looking for a F&B Services Agent (Club Lounge) who is hands on, worldly in their outlook and performs with flair; someone who knows what it takes to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Food & Beverage Duties (Main Job Role):

  • Prepare buffet set-up for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail at the Club Lounge.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Club Lounge and pantry area.
  • Provide personalized service to Club Lounge guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Offer menu recommendations and assist guests with dietary preferences or restrictions.
  • Monitor food and beverage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid disruptions in service.
  • Gather guest feedback during their visit to ensure high satisfaction levels and address any concerns immediately.
  • Ensure all Club guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of the hotel’s services.
  • Drive positive guest reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor to enhance the hotel’s reputation.

 

Guest Services Duties:

  • Assist with welcoming and orientating Club Lounge guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or escalate them to the F&B Manager if necessary.

 

What We Need From You

• Prior experience with general knowledge of front office operations will be an advantage

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

• Able to read, write and communicate in English

• Excellent communication, team management skills and service orientation

• Computer literate
