The Role:
As Assistant Night Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. Working closely with the Night Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the nightly operations of the Front Office and other departments.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Assisting with night auditing duties and financial reconciliations.
• Overseeing the safety and security of the hotel and its guests.
• Leading and mentoring the night team to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of property management systems is an advantage.
