DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Assisting manager in the outlet’s operation. 协助经理部门的运转
Associate duty roster and station plan. 安排部门排班表和工作区域分工
Handling of guests complains.处理客人投诉
Checking on associate discipline, grooming standards and punctuality and that all leave and sick leave requests are handed to the Restaurant manager. 检查相关的部门纪律和员工的仪容仪表和准时上班,所有事假和病假的要求都要通过餐厅经理
Checking of guests’ satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up.检查客人的满意度和处理适当的客人反馈及跟踪到底

Restaurant maintenance and housekeeping.餐厅的维护和家务管理
To update and disseminate relevant information to associates.更新和传达相关信息给员工

To check and review all operating par stocks of condiments, guest and restaurant supplies and operating equipment used within the restaurant. To assist the restaurant manager with the restaurant guest recognition program.协助经理认知客人。
Ensure that all Buffet set-ups are correct, fresh and appealing, and to ensure that all set ups are as per the standards outlined in the operating policy and as required by the Executive Chef.确保所有的自助餐摆台正确,新鲜、诱人,并保证所有的摆台都符合经营方针的标准和行政总厨的要求。

To ensure that all menus are clean, neat and tidy, free from marks and dirt, stains or watermarks. Replacing any menu with a new one as is required.保证所有菜单都干净、整洁、美观,没有痕迹、污渍和水印。更换所有应该更换的菜单。

Supervise the maintenance of service equipment监督服务设备的维护

Keeping track of outlet’s operating cutleries and crockery to ensure par level for smooth operation.确保餐厅运作的餐具和瓷器使用正常
Requisition of items, which need to be replenished due to breakages or replacement.申请餐具物品为及时补充破损数量和填补空缺
Responsible for raising stewarding/dry store requisition form.负责增加管事和仓库储存申请表
Monthly stock take of both the stewarding equipment and dry store par, with reference to checklists issued by the stewarding department and cost control respectively.月度储存管事用品及仓库储存物品清单都要分别发给提及到的管事部的成本部
Responsible for the maintenance of all operating equipment and properties in the outlet.负责餐厅所有运作资产物品的维护
To raise engineering work order and co-ordinate damaged items for repair.负责工程维修的下单和被损坏相同物品的维修
Liaise with engineering department for repair status and for collection of repaired items.负责与工程部联系, 跟办维修情况和收集维修项目
Checking of void checks against daily void check report to ensure that all void checks are accounted for.根据每日作废的支票项目报表检查作废的支票项目, 确保所有单据都有说明原因
Submission of void checks report and void checks together with daily media.使用电子板提交作废的支票报表及作废的支票一起
Collection and monitoring of daily outlet’s tips collection.收集和监督每日部门小费
Responsible for all artwork and display relating to all promotions taking place in the outlet.负责部门所有相关艺术品陈列放置,推广位置

In the absence of Manager/Assistant Manager: 餐厅经理和餐厅副经理不在时:
To attend the daily F&B morning briefing .参加餐饮部晨会
To conduct the daily roll call at in the outlet for all associates负责引导每日员工召集
To brief associates on operational aspects and updates on happenings in the department, division and hotel wide.传达信息给员工在餐厅运作上的政策和特殊事件,区分和酒店决策
To check associate grooming.检查员工的仪容仪表
Responsible for the operation of the outlet.负责餐厅的运作
Handling of guests complains and enquires, logs all complaints in log book for further follow up解决客人的投诉和询问,并记录在值班日记上以便进一步跟踪调查
Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up换班中尽量解决所有的抱怨,并记录在值班日记上以便进一步跟踪调查

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

Complete Tertiary education. 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotel. Speak fluent English. Excellent Customer relation, problems solving and time management skills 高等教育学历,一到两年在国际连锁酒店同等职位的工作经验。可熟练地运用英语对话。优秀的客户关系, 拥有处理问题和时间管理经验。
