We are looking for a friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing the spa reception, booking appointments, and providing accurate information about spa services, treatments, and products. The Spa Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What will I be doing?As a Spa Receptionist, you will:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Manage spa bookings, schedule appointments, and coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, packages, and products.
- Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and emails promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the relaxing atmosphere of the spa.
- Assist with retail product sales by recommending appropriate spa products to guests.
- Handle guest feedback or complaints in a calm and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
To successfully fill this role, you should have:
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in scheduling software or spa management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or wellness is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
