We are currently recruiting for a full time Security Ambassador to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.  

As a Security Ambassador, you’ll ensure the safety and security to all guests and colleagues at the hotel. Apart from ensuring the compliance to the Risk Management standards, you will be exercising a key role by controlling the accesses to the hotel, “Observing” and “Reporting” any incidents and occurrences, maintaining an overt presence in the lobby and public areas, and make sure all the incoming-outgoing items are properly inventoried and accounted while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Patrol the hotel on a regular basis ensuring fire walks take place and are recorded
  • Ensure safe passage of cash transfers within the hotel
  • Maintain system that records the issue and receipt of department keys
  • Ensure hotel facilities and function room remain secure and locked when not in use
  • Maintain the Security Log Book and Incident Reports
  • Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the supervisor of duty
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in related software preferable.
