Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a liaison between management and staff, balancing operational goals with team objectives.
  • Assisting in budget control and cost management to optimize profitability.
  • Overseeing service operations, supervising staff, and ensuring prompt, efficient guest service.
  • Maintaining expert knowledge of all menus, promotions, and daily F&B activities, while actively upselling and recommending items.
  • Addressing guest inquiries with a refined social presence, resolving service challenges, and escalating unresolved issues to management.
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene, service mise-en-place, and accurate billing at points of sale.
  • Contributing innovative ideas for service improvement and reporting maintenance concerns proactively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education, with completion of specialized hospitality training preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of restaurant and bar operations in the luxury brands.
  • Strong command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, multitasking ability, and a guest-centric approach.
