Responsible for coordinating and managing the purchasing activities of the hotel to ensure that the establishment is fully stocked with necessary goods and services.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

  • Coordinate the purchasing of all resort supplies, including food and beverage, cleaning products, linens, guest amenities, office supplies, maintenance materials, and equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Source and evaluate potential new suppliers based on quality, cost, and service
  • Place orders, track delivery, and ensure goods are received in good condition
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records of all transactions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
