Your day to day

  • Guest Reservations: Handle all guest reservations via phone, email, or online platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Room Allocation: Process bookings in line with hotel availability and special guest requests, managing room blocks and allocations.
  • Booking Systems Management: Utilize the hotel's reservation system (Opera or similar) to update and manage guest bookings efficiently.
  • Upselling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages, and hotel services to maximize revenue.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide professional, courteous, and informative customer service, resolving guest concerns related to reservations.
  • Coordination with Departments: Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and accurate room readiness.
  • Reporting & Records: Maintain accurate booking records, prepare daily reports on reservation status, and assist with forecasting and revenue reporting.

What we need from you

  • Experience in reservations or customer service (bonus if you’ve worked with Opera Gupshup).
  • Great communication skills in English (extra points for Arabic or French).
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for multitasking.
  • A customer service superstar who loves interacting with guests.
