Your day to day
· Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pool and beach areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
· Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by ensuring their comfort, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
· Staff Supervision: Manage and train the pool and beach staff, ensuring they follow hotel standards, safety protocols, and provide excellent guest service.
· Safety Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed, including lifeguard coverage, first aid, and compliance with local regulations.
· Facility Maintenance: Ensure the pool, beach, and surrounding areas are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities.
· Guest Engagement: Monitor guest experiences, address feedback, and always ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
· Inventory & Supplies Management: Track inventory for towels, lounge chairs, and other pool and beach supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the hotel management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
What we need from you
- previous experience in pool and beach management or a similar role within a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and water quality standards.
