Supervisor de Engenharia

Which is why we’re seeking out a skilled Engineering Supervisor with the technical expertise and leadership skills needed to keep our hotel looking and feeling its very best. You’ll support the engineering team in delivering efficient maintenance operations and ensuring our facilities are always in top condition.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Supervising daily engineering activities and assigning tasks to the maintenance team

● Ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues

● Assisting with preventive maintenance and responding promptly to maintenance requests

● Monitoring inventory of engineering supplies and helping minimise waste while supporting our sustainability initiatives

● Supporting the Chief Engineer in maintaining hotel facilities and engineering operations

● Building strong relationships with guests, contractors, and regulatory agencies as needed

What We Need from You:

● Some college or advanced vocational training

● Two or more years’ experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience

● Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry systems

● Hotel experience preferred

● Professional certification or licence if required by law

● Good command of written and spoken English required
