Role Summary:
Lead the creation, implementation and adoption of change management strategies that drive the success of projects and digital product deployments across hotels. Collaborate globally and regionally to ensure solutions are efficient, aligned, and scalable, enhancing operational performance and delivering measurable value to IHG and its properties.
Your Day to Day:
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements and assess change impact for successful product delivery in hotels.
- Lead and manage special projects aligned with P&T and IHG's strategic priorities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Optimize project execution by partnering in decision-making on delivery methodologies to enhance speed to market.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, establishing performance standards and operational procedures.
- Implement industry best practices to drive innovative processes, tools, and solutions for improved business results.
What We Need From You:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in multiple disciplines related to project management, with at least 2 years in the hospitality industry managing teams and complex projects.
- Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and manage relationships with hotels, vendors, and owners across various countries.
- Extensive project management experience in organizing and executing large-scale projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong change management skills, including conducting impact assessments and developing strategic change programs tailored to regional needs.
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality technology landscape, with the ability to contribute to future architecture and system capability roadmaps.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $173,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
