We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to support our revenue strategy, optimize room revenue, and enhance the hotel’s overall financial performance.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Revenue Manager, Sales, and Reservations teams to analyze market trends, manage room inventory, and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, and booking pace to identify revenue opportunities.
• Analyze historical data, current business trends, and future demand to support accurate forecasting and budgeting.
• Manage room rates, inventory, restrictions, and distribution channels in line with the hotel’s revenue strategy.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and market share.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Front Office, and Marketing teams to optimize business mix and achieve revenue targets.
• Support the management of online travel agencies (OTAs), brand.com, and other distribution channels to ensure rate parity and maximize online revenue.
• Assist in conducting regular competitor analysis and preparing reports on market performance.
• Ensure compliance with IHG revenue management standards, systems, and commercial policies.

What We are Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel commercial operations, preferably in a Five Star Hotel brand.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel property management systems; experience with revenue management systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• A proactive, commercially focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.
