Sales Manager – Corp/Mice (Bangkok Based)

Your day to day

• You will be responsible for targeting new business opportunities and managing current accounts within the MICE, Corporate and Leisure markets.
• You will set and implement objectives in order to effectively contribute to the company's overall strategy to achieve business goals. 
• You will have a proven track record of proactively selling to the MICE segment in Bangkok, Rayong and Thailand meeting and exceeding challenging targets.
• Our ideal candidate will have sales management experience in Thailand hospitality industry with a customer-focus and excellent communication skills.
• They will also demonstrate a strong network within the MICE industry with solid knowledge of Thailand Hotel Market.
• You will be able to take ownership of task and projects and complete from start to finish working independently or part of a team.

What we need from you

• Thai Nationality - Male or Female. 
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Have 4-6 years’ minimum experience as a hotel Sales Executive.
• Ability to make revenue management decisions to effectively grow market share.
• A proven track record of adhering to budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work on different situation.
• Familiar with the hotel and tourism industry. 
• Good command of English Language.
• Pleasant personality, service-minded.
