Your day to day

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs across digital, print, and social media platforms. You will work collaboratively with the team to develop high-quality graphics that align with our brand message and engage our audience effectively.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Work closely with the team to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs within deadlines.
• Develop innovative graphics for various marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and promotional materials, ensuring they reflect our brand’s identity and goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure alignment in meeting communications objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design techniques, trends, and software developments to produce fresh, modern designs.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions to create the final version.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a unified visual identity across all platforms.
• Assist in creating various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and email templates.
• Conduct research to understand the preferences and needs of the target audience, tailoring designs accordingly.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with the team to generate fresh design concepts and creative solutions.

What we need from you

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work across multiple platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Experience in print and digital media design.
• Knowledge of branding principles and maintaining consistent visual identity.
• Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
